Amazing hotel with amenities like free Wi-Fi, cozy outdoor dining, and friendly 24-hour reception. I remember how staff helped me print my boarding pass on my first stay. Highly recommend enjoying breakfast in the lovely dining area! I'm coming back for Christmas.

New-fashioned well-maintained room, a private balcony and a kitchen were appreciated. The location of the hotel was particularly good, close to World War II museum. The free parking was nearby, friendly service.

Nice looking and pretty standard place to stay 3 km away from French Quarter. Breakfast with pineapple, too much sweets and a different hot option. Unbeatable location next to the quaint and quirky gardens, Magazine Street and the National World War II Museum and French Quarter and very informative and hospitable staff.

The hotel beautifully represents Old New Orleans, with charming rooms and a lovely courtyard. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with fresh pastries and fruit. The location in the Garden District was fantastic, just a few minutes from the streetcar stop. Andi and Victoria were amazing hosts.
Some features in the room were a bit outdated.

The eclectic room themes added charm, but the loud bathroom fan was bothersome.

The location is convenient to all area attractions. Guesthouse has a great old New Orleans feel to it. Breakfast was great with nice mellow jazz playing. Some of the rooms were not available due to some hurricane damage so we would definetly like to go back and stay in one of the bordello rooms.
Wish they had an ice machine.

It was a funky, neighborhood B&B, just what we were looking for.

I appreciated the lush courtyard where I enjoyed my morning coffee. Each day began with the aroma of fresh coffee, made mornings pleasant. The location allowed easy access to public transport. The courtyard provided a peaceful retreat after exploring. I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Sharing breakfast with other guests contributed to a warm atmosphere. I went for the nearby urban forest trails, immersing myself in the tranquility it offered.
Some rooms could use better sound insulation. A few features were outdated .

The staff were very nice. The room was clean, but house is old so be prepared for a little 'oldness' to your room. Breakfast was awesome, cooked as you ordered it and very good!!!
Parking was limited, and on the street, didn't feel too secure although we had no problems with our car and having to park on the street. The rooms (bathrooms) could use some hooks to hang up clothes. No where to put anything. Don't assume your room will be straightened up as with other hotels, this is a bed and breakfast. If you want clean towels you need to ask, if you want the bed made, you need to ask.

We had a wonderful time reacquainting ourselves with New Orleans, its architecture and cuisine. Keith & Cathy made us feel like family. We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint establishment. Breakfast consisted of eggs (cooked to order), bacon, grits, juice and a wide assortment of breads. We enjoyed the close proximity (one block away) to public transportation (which, for $3/person you cannot beat the value the day pass offers for getting around).
We enjoy relaxing at the end of the day with a drink and the only negative we found, was no ice machine or in room ice bucket.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decoration was tasteful and original. The garden was a refreshing feature. The position was excellent for the French Quarter, only a short street car or bus ride away. Breakfast was nice.
